I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington State. I offer Friday virtual appts and Saturday in-person appts at the Mindful Therapy Group Vancouver office location. I'm trained in EMDR and CPT among other modalities. My specialties include trauma processing, mindfulness and client-centered, emotion-focused, insight-oriented psychotherapy. My pronouns are He/Him, I'm a provider of color and I am an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
